Who is StoreFrontier™?

StoreFrontier™ and TeeBlaster™ were born in 2015. Our offices, production facility, and fulfillment center are all currently based just outside of Atlanta, GA.  StoreFrontier™ is the furture of merchandising for Independent brands, bands, organizations, artists, and social influencers.  

We’ve created a robust and powerful platform that lets anyone create and sell on-demand retail-quality apparel with absolutely no up-front costs and zero inventory risk. We're a 100% and total turn-key solution. We print, process orders, pack, ship directly to customers and also hanle any and all customer service for you.

Shipping and Delivery

I just placed an order, how long until it ships?

Standard StoreFrontier™ items typically ship within 5-7 business days after purchase. Limited Edition/Special Offer/Timed TeeBlaster™ items typically ship within two (2) weeks after the end of a TeeBlast™, often times sooner.

Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers are typically sent via email directly to customers when their order ships.

What are your standard shipping rates?

U.S. domestic shipping rates vary depending on weight, destination, and number of products being ordered. To see your rate, please add your items to your cart and then proceed to checkout. You can view your shipping rate before you authorize your purchase. 
Standard domestic (U.S.) shipping rates start at $4.95 and go up based on the factors listed above.

International rates and fees vary depending on country and delivery address.

Do you ship to military addresses?

Yes, we do. All items are shipped to Military addresses, bases and facilities via USPS.

Where do products ship from?

Most orders ship directly from our production and fulfillment facility based in Jasper, GA (Just north of Atlanta, GA).

Can you combine shipping or ship separate orders together?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to combine orders. Each order placed is billed separately and flows through our system naturally as a unique and individual order.

Do you offer bulk shipping discounts?

We don’t offer bulk discounts on shipping. If you are purchasing an item that you specifically created  and need 5 or more pieces, please contact us and we will be able get a Micro.run order in process for you.

Can I pay for expedited or overnight shipping?

Not at this time. We are exploring expediting options for the future, but we have no tentative release date for that offering at the moment.

I only received part of my order, now what?

What is StoreFrontier™?

We’re an industry leading provider of on-demand printing and fulfillment solutions for the brands, bands, organizations and social influencers of all shapes and sizes. 

Washing and Care Instructions

With each and every product sold and fulfilled through StoreFrontier™, our goal is to provide the very best retail-quality printed garments you've ever seen or worn.   
We recommend washing your garment before the first wear. To ensure a long and glorious relationship between you and your new favorite shirt, we reccomend that your garment be washed inside out in cold water.

Is there a garment sizing guide?

On the buying page for each and every item, you’ll find a teal colored link that says "View Sizing and Garment Info". Click to view the exact size specifications for that particular garment or item. For fashion fit garments, we typically recommend going up one size from your standard-fit tee shirt size.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

Is my payment and information secure?

Yes, it’s 100% safe and secure. We work with one of the leading global payment providers and use the most up-to-date encryption security techniques and SSL to ensure every transaction is protected and secure.

When will my card be charged and payment processed?

Your card will be charged and your payment will be processed immediately after you place your order with us.

Your site keeps declining my card, what can I do?

Our payment processor communicates directly with your bank or card issuer and automatically either accepts or declines the transaction. 

If your card is not immediately accepted, please double check your information or try using a different credit or debit card. 

For international orders, we suggest using PayPal as the preferred method of payment. Our primary credit card gateway can be troublesome with cards from non-US based banks.

Each time you attempt a transaction, your bank can put a temporary hold on those funds. Repetitively attempting transactions can put multiple holding charges on your account, if this happens you will need to contact your bank to resolve.

Don’t mash buttons in fits of joy or rage!

Do you accept pre-paid cards and gift cards?

We do accept pre-paid gift cards from Visa, MasterCard and other major banks.

Why can’t I add a TeeBlaster™ item to my order/shopping cart or order different items at the same time?

TeeBlasts™ are printed, processed, packed and shipped as a wave. TeeBlaster™ items typically must be purchased separately and cannot be combined with other TeeBlasts™.

Why did I receive a different garment style, color or brand other than what I ordered?

In certain cases, albeit rare, if a specific garment style, color or brand is no longer made available or is currently out of stock, we will seek to provide a near-equivalent alternative. *During the pandemic, we have seen some supply chain disruptions and those can result in substitutions on certain garment styles, colors, brands and sizes.

No Upfront Costs? (That’s too good to be true)

Seriously, no out-of-pocket costs. At all! Ever!

With StoreFrontier™, money gained from merchandise sales pays for the production, printing, order processing, packing, shipping. We ship each order directly to customers.

You set your own prices, decide how much you want to make per item sold, and you keep all of the profit.

How do I make money?

You set your retail price and decide exactly how much you want to make per item sold. There is a base price for each item, but you are in complete control over how much you make. The base price + your margin/profit = the retail price paid for by customers.

How much do I make per item sold?

That’s the question we get asked most… The answer: for us to answer that one question, we need to have you answer 3 questions. 

  1. What are you going to sell?
  2. How much are you going to sell it for?
  3. How many are you going to sell?

The easiest way to see how much you’ll make per item sold is to jump in and click that big red "Launch Now” button at the top of the site. Enter some quick info, create an item, and play with the pricing slider/calculator to get your margins exactly where you want them.

What if only one or a few items sell? Are there any minimums?

With StoreFrontier™ and TeeBlaster™, there are absolutely no sales minimums. Even if just one shirt sells, we make sure that customer gets their shirt. 

Each and every design is professionally setup, prepared for press, and set up for maximum success by our amazing art and production team. Individual item sales pay for the production and our services, you pay nothing.

How and when do I get paid?

You are able to choose and/or change your method of payout at any time. Simply click My Account > Payment Method or login and click on this link: https://www.storefrontier.com/account/payment-method

TeeBlaster™ profits are released for payout after the countdown clock expires, the sale ends and all items are shipped and on the way to customers. StoreFrontier™ profits are accounted, totalled and prepared prior to our payout cycles, typically every 2 weeks.

To receive your payout on our recurring payout schedule, your current balance must be greater than $10.00. 

How can I see how much i’ve earned and how many items i’ve sold?

Your sales are reported in close-to real-time. To see how you’re doing, check login often and go to My Account > Total Earned or login now and click on this link: https://www.storefrontier.com/sales

How can I see what I’ve earned and been paid?

When logged in go to My Account > Manage Payments. From that page you’ll be able to see your total earned, total number of shirts you’ve sold, how much you’ve been paid and your pending total (not yet paid).

Is there a limit to how many items I can sell at a time?

Nope. You can create and  launch an unlimited number of products. 

Definitely pace yourself. It’s often best to launch and focus your marketing on just a few items at a time. So launching a few staple items to start is usually the best way to go.

Consider releasing new items as limited-edition TeeBlasts™ to start. Contact your account manger/launch specialist for more information and tips.

Do I have to pay income taxes on the money I make?

Yes, unfortunately we live in a free country where everything is definitely not free. When your total earned reaches $600 in a given year, the IRS requires the filing of a 1099 which will be provied directly through Paypal. 

What if a customer has a question about their order?

As part of our service, we handle any and all customer service for you! We have an absolutely amazing customer service and support team who is always happy to answer questions and help in every way they can. Simply direct the customer to our contact page: https://www.storefrontier.com/contact and we’ll be sure to help them out.

Who pays for shipping and handling and sales tax?

The customer pays for all shipping and any taxes due at checkout. Domestic shipping prices start at $4.95 for the first item and vary depending on weight, destination, and number of products being ordered. 

Exact rates are shown pror to complettion of checkout.

International shipping rates vary by country and are gathered for the customer at checkout when they enter their full address.

Are there any other fees or anything else I should be aware of?

Our base pricing includes all costs associated with our services. Transactions may be subject to a payment gateway fee of up to 3.5% appear for some customers at check out.

How can I customize and theme out my store?

Your StoreFrontier™ storefront is fully customizable. Easily add your own avatar and header image. Go to My Account > Edit Images or login and go click here: https://www.storefrontier.com/account/images

Optimal image sizes are 600px x 600px for your user/store image and 2880px x 750px for your store header (should be a minimum of 1920px x 500px).

I already have a store someplace else, can I just sell there?

Right now we don't  offer our full array of on-demand no-cost StoreFrontier™ and TeeBlaster™ solutions for other eCommerce platforms. 

We do have tons of cool tricks and with a better understanding of your needs, we will be able to help come up some amazing solutions for you.

Can StoreFrontier™ help me with the design of my product?

All you need is art and an audience. Generally we do not provide design services, but if you’re a charity, brand, or social influencer with a huge social following we may be able to help. Pop us a message, and we'll be sure to help get you aimed in the right direction.

Can I sell other items and accessories on StoreFrontier™?

Right now StoreFrontier™ only offers custom printed retail-quality apparel that we produce and maintain inside of our ecosystem. 

Our behind-the-scenes merchandising propulsion lab is always working on the next big thing! We are always developing and coming up with amazing new tools, abilities, and new on-demand offerings.

What is a TeeBlast™?

TeeBlaster™ is the ultimate tool for creating high impact sales and special offers. 

Generate tons of social buzz with limited-edition, one-time-only offers, pre-orders for new design launches, and/or special sales and limited time only sales and discounts. TeeBlasts™ liven up your store and create an incentive for buyers to act now or miss out on your cool offering.

  1. Create a new item.
  2. Decide how much you want to make per item sold.
  3. Set your countdown clock and decide when you want the sale to start and end.

All TeeBlasts™ are printed after the countdown clock expires and are produced in bulk. When we produce in bulk, we pass along that savings on to you in the form of extra profit when you hit tiers of 10, 25, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 1000+, etc.

How can I edit my prices?

If you'd like to edit your prices, simply login and go to MY ACCOUNT > MY LIBRARY or go to: https://www.storefrontier.com/library

Click on EDIT PRICES and you adjust the price of each item up or down. You're in complete control.

Quick Insider Tip: Launching a timed/limited TeeBlast™ is the perfect way to increase sales and mark an item down for a period of time you set. From MY LIBRARY, click the TeeBlaster™ button(the Rocket)... set your price, and when you want your sale to start and end. 

Why is my wallet balance negative?

Albeit rare, situations can occur where an order must be cancelled and refunded. When an order is cancelled, your wallet will show both the deleted order(with a strikethrough and red X icon) and the resulting subtraction from your current balance.

If you recenlty received a payout, in some cases, that can mean your will see a negative wallet balance until future sales push your balance back to the positive. 

Image And Design Requirements

How do I upload my art/create my garment?

We’re so stoked on our amazing image uploader and garment creator, we know you’re going to find it easy and fun to use. To get started, simply click that big red “Launch Now” button at the top of the site.

What kind of art/image file do I need?

The site accepts both .png, and native .psd files. Always be sure your art is on a transparent background, and ideally your resolution should be at least 150dpi or better.

Your art file must be at least 1000px x 1000px.

Our printing is some of the best in the industry and when your art is printed, you’ll see even the tiniest of imperfections. When you view your file, view it at 100% to make sure it is not in any way blurry or pixelated.

If you have an unwanted background, box or border around your design; you will want to remove that before creating your items using the design app you used when creating your original art. 

How many colors can I use in my design?

Unlimited colors! No more counting colors!  We will blow you away with detail, vibrance, softness, and true retail-quality printing. Be sure to check us out on Instagram and Facebook to see some of what we have coming hot off the presses

What size does my art need to be?

Our maximum imprint area is 15” x 20” for most garments which is very large and considered over-sized by industry standards.  For tanks, kids tees and other garments; the max imprinting area can vary. As part of the item creation process you will be able to scale and rotate your art to make your mock up look just the way you want it to look. On the creation page, you'll see and be able to set the approx. size that your design will print on the final printed products. 

Ideally you’ll want to upload a .png, or native .psd files with a transparent background. Your art/image file must be at least 1000px x 1000px in size and should not be blurry or pixelated when viewed at 100%.

There is a white or colored box around my design, will it look like that when it prints?

Our amazing art team will always try to reproduce your art as close to the mock as we can. If you have an unwanted white or colored box around your art piece, it’s very likely you didn’t put your art on a transparent background. 

Preferred file types are .eps, .png and native .psd files on transparent backgrounds.

What kind of printing method do you use?

Our goal is always the best tee shirt ever! We internally choose the very best method for each design and print run. We have the perfect press and technology for every job, whether it be big or small, unlimited colors, just a few or just one.

Your garments are printed by the best print and production team in the business on the very best presses. We print for some of the biggest brands, bands, organizations and influencers in the world. No matter your size or how many shirts you sell, we pride ourselves on offering retail-quality printing and services to everyone.

We have a full arsenal of digital and fully automatic presses. Internally, we choose the best method and process for each and every StoreFrontier™ item that launches.

How is your print quality and can I get a sample printed?

We print and fulfill the best retail-quality garments in the industy! Yep, that’s a bold statement, but we’ll make you a believer. We provide retail-quality printed apparel to the biggest brands, bands, organizations, and social influencers around.

Unfortunately, we do not regularly offer free print samples.

What brands of garments can I offer?

We pride ourselves on providing the finest retail-quality printing and garments in the industry. We currently offer garments from 2 leading brands, Gildan and NextLevel. 

Gildan is one of the largest apparel manufacturers in the world, they offer the highest quality of standard-fit garments on the market today. 

NextLevel is one of the leading suppliers of the high quality fashion tees and retail-quality blank apparel. NextLevel garments are insanely soft, comfortable and are fashion fit. They are quite simply one of the finest garments you’ll find anywhere. They offer great value, at a fraction of the price of near equivalent garments currently available elsewhere. Better value, means you’ll earn higher profits while still offering a true retail-quality garment.

What styles of garments can I sell on StoreFrontier™?

We offer tons of different retail-quality garments. When you create your product, choose from standard or fashion-fit unisex tees, standard or fashion-fit girls tees, kids/youth sized tees, unisex tank tops, pocket tees, and either pullover or zip-up hoodies.

We’re constantly adding new garments, expanding our offerings and adding new abilities. Check back regularly and follow us socially for the latest news and happenings.

Can I print on the back of the shirt?

Absolutely. When creating your item, you can choose to add art to the front, the back, or the front and back of the shirt.

To add your second art file for the back print, simply click the grey + ADD BACK PRINT button below the primary upload area.

Can I print on the sleeve or have custom labels printed?

Right now we only offer front and back printing for StoreFrontier™ items.

For on-demand and campaign items we do not currently offer sleeve prints, custom labels or other retail-finishing options. 

If you need some of those fancy options, contact us and we'll be happy to get a quote together for you. 

Are there any content restrictions on designs?

We don’t want to literally be the “fashion police”. We believe StoreFrontier™ should be an open place for social expression. 

We do reserve the right to un-publish any StoreFrontier™ and/or TeeBlast™ campaign. Designs and offerings can be terminated early, terminated completely, limited in terms of accessibility, or hidden from main pages or areas of the site at StoreFrontier’s discretion. 

Use your best judgement and discretion: please don’t use other people’s designs, don’t use trademarked or copyrighted materials, and please be kind and respectful to others.

Please avoid anything that may be considered pornographic, profane or hateful. 

Am I giving up the rights to my work and does a design have to be exclusive?

Your art is always your art! By using StoreFrontier.com, you are simply granting us the ability to print, process orders, and share your designs with the world. You are granting us permission to offer your items for purchase via our online storefront. You keep all of the profits as set by you during the item creation process and retain all rights to your work.

We do hope that you’ll launch all of your designs with us and will utilize our services exclusively. But again, your art is always your art.

Can I edit placement of my artwork after I create an item?

You can indeed edit or change the placement of your artwork prior to the first sale of that item. After the first sale, that item is locked, and art must print as shown on the mockup.  If you ever need to edit an item or would like to delete or turn off an item, simply go to MY ACCOUNT > MY LIBRARY or visit: https://www.storefrontier.com/library

I’m having trouble logging in, what can I do?

Please be sure you are entering the login information and email address correctly and without any unnecessary spaces or extra characters.

If the issue persists, go to My Account > Forgot Your Password of click this link: Forgot your password? From that page, you’ll be able to send an email to reset your password.

I’ve tried to upload, my art and keep getting an error message?

If you receive an “Upload Failed” message, please double check your file type, the file size, and the pixel dimensions of your art. 

StoreFrontier™ accepts most professional file types including .png, .eps, and native .psd files. You’ll always want to be sure your art is on a transparent background, and ideally your resolution should be at least 150dpi or better.

Your art file must be at least 1000px x 1000px and the file size cannot be larger than 20MB. If your art file is smaller than 1000px x 1000px or larger than 20MB, you will definitely receive the “Upload Failed” message.

I’m trying to launch from my phone and/or tablet, can I do that?

You will definitely want to use a laptop or computer to set up your products and launches. While you can launch from a phone or tablet, we definitely recommend and are optimized to accept launches from laptops or desktop computers.

I’m creating my item and my artwork is not centered, what can I do?

You are able to move, scale and rotate your artwork on the garment mockup. 

  • To move, simply click to select, and then click and drag your art to the desired placement.
  • To scale, simply click, hold and drag one of the frame corners with the squares as you would with a cropping or enlarging tool on a graphic design application like Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • To rotate, simply click, hold and drag the top right frame corner with the rotate icon.

The mockup is merely an example of how you want the final printed piece to look. Our art team will always center your art on the final printed piece and uses your example as a guide for placement and size when preparing the finalized production files for press.

I’m finishing up the creation of my item and it’s asking me to tag the item, what does that mean?

We want to make sure your item is easily found and discoverable when customers search our site. Our tags work similarly to hashtags found on most social media sites. 

Adding relevant tags about your brand, and the design itself will make sure customer can easily find your item even if they don’t have access to a direct link/url.

I’m on the last step (Finish Your Campaign), when I clicked save, I’ve got a wheel that is just constantly spinning?

The finalization and creation of your item can take a few minutes. There is a lot going on behind the scenes and it can take up to a minute or two. Please give the site time to write the information. If it spins for more than 1-2 minutes, please let us know.

We also find it to be much more fun to watch if you sing “You Spin Me Round” to yourself or aloud wherever you may be.

I made a mistake, how do I delete a design or stop an item from being sold?

Simply login and go to MY ACCOUNT > MY LIBRARY or go to: https://www.storefrontier.com/library

From your Library, you can turn items on/off and even delete them from your Library entirely.

I just launched my first design and I can’t search for or see my shirt?

After you create your item or prep your TeeBlast™ a launch specialist and/or art team member will review your art and placement to make sure it would look amazing when printed.

Items are typically approved and published very quickly, typically almost immediately, but sometimes it can take up to one (1) business day before your campaign is made public. It there is an issue with your art file, you launch specialist or an art team member will be in touch via email. Our team is always happy to answer any questions you might have, and is always there to ensure a successful new product launch.

I think there is an accounting problem and my sales aren’t being recorded correctly, what can I do?

If you feel there is a technical issue or your sales aren’t being recorded properly, please reach out to your account manager/launch specialist or send us a message via our contact us page: https://www.storefrontier.com/contact

I was making more/less per item when the same item sold before?

From time-to-time, the market for cotton and/or other raw materials goes up and down. Occasionally, our vendors can both raise and lower prices. If there is a market change, we do our best to notify all users and storefront owners on any changes to pricing whether to the positive or the negative. 

We do our best to limit any changes to the base price of our garments and offerings, but sometimes market changes do happen.

Can I deactivate or delete my entire account and store front?

If you wish to completely deactivate or remove your account from the site, please visit our contact us page: https://www.storefrontier.com/contact We’ll always be sure to help you get that done, but we’ll be sad to see you go.

How do I change my password?

Simply logout and click My Account > Forgot Password. The system will send you an email with a link where you’ll be able to quickly and easily create a new password for your account.

How do I change my storefront name?

When logged in, simply go to My Account > Edit Profile. From that page you’ll be able to easily change your profile information, including name associated with the account, storefront name, phone number, and your short description/bio.

How do I change the email associated with my account?

To have your email changed or edited, please visit our contact us page: https://www.storefrontier.com/contact and send a message to Tech Support.

How can I theme out my storefront and add a custom User Image and Banner Image?

When logged in, simply go to My Account > Edit Images. From that page you’ll be able to easily add or edit your existing images for your store.

I found a bug on your site, do I win a prize or reward?

Unfortunately, we do not offer prizes or rewards for finding bugs, glitches or errors. By you mentioning the issue to us and explaining how you encountered the problem in detail, you help us improve the site for everyone.

Our Policies


StoreFrontier™ and TeeBlaster™ products are on-demand, custom products, created specifically for each individual customer. Unfortunately, because of the nature of these custom products, we do not allow refunds, cancellations or exchanges. 

If for whatever reason, you feel there was an error on our part or if the item is damaged, please visit our contact page: https://www.storefrontier.com/contact All claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. When applicable, please send a picture of the error so we can isolate the issue and resolve it internally.

If we make an error, the item is damaged, or if the item doesn't meet our standards, we will do our best to make it right and ensure you receive the product exactly as you ordered it.

Order Changes & Edits

In most cases the creation of your custom product begins immediately upon ordering. In some cases we may be able to make changes or edits to your order for things such as garment size, garment color, shipping address, etc. StoreFrontier will do everything possible to make edits/changes before an order prints or ships. Order changes/edits can only be made on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on an array of factors and timing.

I received the wrong size or wrong item, what can I do?

Because of the on-demand nature of our services we typically cannot offer exchanges if you ordered the incorrect size. Sizing charts for each garment are viewable from the purchasing page.  

If we make an error, send a size other that what you ordered, the item is damaged, or if the item doesn't meet our standard. We will always do our best to make it right and ensure you receive the product exactly as you ordered it.

Product Loss

Risk of loss for all orders will be passed to the shipping carrier/customer upon delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier and/or upon receipt of goods by the carrier. If your order is found to be lost or there was a delivery error, please visit our contact page: https://www.storefrontier.com/contact andd contact us within fourteen (14) days of your delivery date. All claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.

DMCA/Intellectual Property Disputes

StoreFrontier™ store owners are solely responsible for the content they upload and use. If you believe someone using our service has violated a copyright, trademark or has used intellectual property improperly, please notify us at info@storefrontier.com. Please review further information in our terms of service. All claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Early termination of a TeeBlast™ or removal of an item and/or storefront

In certain situations, a storefront owner may request an early termination of their campaign. Upon verbal or written request for termination, StoreFrontier™ will end TeeBlast™ campaigns and un-publish storefronts and items. Upon item/storefront termination, we will begin the printing and production process, and ship orders exactly as customers have ordered them. After orders are complete and shipped, the storefront owner will be paid what is owed at the time the store is closed/blocked and when TeeBlast™ was removed from the site.

In certain situations and at StoreFrontier’s discretion, TeeBlast™ campaigns and storefront items can be terminated early, terminated completely, limited in terms of accessibility, or hidden from main pages or areas of the site. StoreFrontier also reserves the right to terminate use of the site and user accounts based solely on its discretion and based on misconduct or failure to adhere to the terms of service. Furthermore, by using our service you agree that StoreFrontier™ will not be liable to you or any third party for termination of your access to StoreFrontier.com or the TeeBlaster™ service as a whole or in part.
